Esme Sharma

I believe therapy should feel human first. I have a particular interest in domestic abuse.

I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including domestic abuse, first responders. My sessions draw on Integrative Therapy and Systemic Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), adapted to what works best for you.

Outside of clinical work, I regularly attend supervision and continued professional development to make sure my practice stays current and safe.

I trained after several years in a different career, which gives me a grounded, real-world perspective alongside my clinical training.
