Self-Harm
Self-Harm can affect many areas of daily life. Our therapists offer experienced, compassionate support to help you understand it and move forward.

Self-Harm shows up differently for everyone, and there's no single "right" way it should look or feel. Many people spend years thinking what they're experiencing is unusual, when in fact it's something a lot of others quietly live with too.
A therapist experienced with self-harm can help you make sense of what you're going through, at a pace that feels manageable. Therapy offers a confidential space to explore what's underneath the surface.

Every therapist works a little differently, but most will start by getting to know your story and what you'd like to get out of sessions. From there, you'll work together to find an approach that suits you.
