I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including racial identity & racism, religious & spiritual issues, sensory processing. My sessions draw on Psychosexual Therapy, adapted to what works best for you.

I trained after several years in a different career, which gives me a grounded, real-world perspective alongside my clinical training.

I understand that reaching out can be the hardest step. My aim is always to make that first contact feel as easy and pressure-free as possible.
