My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing on years of experience supporting clients with religious & spiritual issues.

I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including religious & spiritual issues, parenting, compulsive behaviours. My sessions draw on Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Humanistic Therapy (e.g. Person-Centred), adapted to what works best for you.

Outside of clinical work, I regularly attend supervision and continued professional development to make sure my practice stays current and safe.
