I believe therapy should feel human first. I have a particular interest in relocation & culture shock.

I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including relocation & culture shock, neurodivergence, chronic illness, personality disorders. My sessions draw on Integrative Therapy and Somatic Therapy and Gestalt Therapy, adapted to what works best for you.

Sessions are available weekly or fortnightly, depending on what suits you best. The first session is always about getting to know each other and making sure it feels like a good fit.

Outside of clinical work, I regularly attend supervision and continued professional development to make sure my practice stays current and safe.
